In this video, Dr. Thomason demonstrates on a live patient a simple variation of a common ankle stretch. This will prove to be a vital movement for any patient with lower quarter dysfunction or symptoms. The ability to descend stairs, run, squat, etc. will require proper movement of the ankle. Often, there are corners of tightness in the ankle that do not get properly mobilized or stretched with standard stretches or mobilizations. So, hope this makes a difference for your patients!
